When I go to a homeowner's house and I walk in their backyard, I'm in their personal space, right? I'm I'm I've never been here before. They've never

0:09

met me. They're about to put all their trust into me. They always asked us, "Okay, so what's our first step?" And I'm like, "Let's go to the

0:18

backyard." So that's kind of how we're so unique is

0:25

that all three of us have been pool builders. been there, done that. Um, built a thousand pools for years and

0:33

years and now we are just designing, helping people create wonderful spaces in their yard.

The pool can be very basic or it can be somewhat complicated, but what do you do beyond the pool? That's how you're going to use the space. You're using the space year round, but you're not swimming year round. Mhm.

So all those other the kitchens and the fire pits and how close you are to the living room and all those kinds of things all come into play and they're very very important.

When I walk back there, I walk around and take it and think this is my yard. What would I do? Where would I

1:09

save my money? Where would I spend my money? And just be honest and transparent with people. I look at your yard and your checkbook like they're my own.

It's not about the money. It's about keeping good communication and just having a good relationship, a long lasting relationship, some something where years

1:27

later they can text me and say, "We're still enjoying it." You know, and that to me is is awesome.
